How long will it take to ship my order?
We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please allow 1 – 2 business days before your order is processed and shipped. Orders placed after 12 PM Friday may not ship until the next business day.

How do I return or exchange my order?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
4. Underwear, customized items and personal care goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

I bought the wrong size underwear; can I return or exchange it?
Note, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any underwear for return or exchange. If you are unsure of the size, please see our size chart or get in touch with our customer care team.
