Refund policy

 All sales are final. For the safety of our staff and customers, no refunds or exchanges at this time due to the CV-19 pandemic. Please check our size charts and processing times carefully before ordering. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@weareziza.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2025 Zumbehl Road, PMB 80, Saint Charles, Missouri, 63303 You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-fundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you are shipping items worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
1. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any underwear for return or exchange. If you are unsure of the size, please see our size chart or get in touch with our customer care team.
2. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
3. Personal care goods (such as beauty products, intimate goods, sanitary products and accessories).

Please also note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
1. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
2. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at  sales@weareziza.com.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday, except holidays. Please allow 1 – 2 business days before your order is processed and shipped.
Orders placed after 12 PM Friday may not ship until the next business day. We offer free standard USA shipping; express and priority shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. International shipping rates are also calculated at check out.  ZiZa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once orders are placed with the shipping carriers and in transit. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if your tracking number shows your package was delivered and it is not with you.

    • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, USPS, UPS, FedEx and any serviced used for the purposes of shipping or payment gateway.
    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and details needed for various payment gateways), email address, and phone number.

Sharing Personal Information

We do engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.

Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
